My planning fees are separate from your vacation cost and reflect the research, coordination, and support I provide throughout the entire process.

If you already know exactly what you want, I'll handle the booking for you at no charge. This is for clients who have already decided on their ship, sail date, or resort and just need someone to take care of the details.
You still get my full support through the booking process, including cabin or room category guidance, special requests, and any questions that come up between booking and travel.
Cruise & Resort Booking
$150 CAD
You know where you want to go, but you're not sure which resort or hotel is the right fit for your family. I'll do the research and put together a curated lookbook with three options that match your travel style, the ages of your kids, and your budget.
Each option includes my honest take on why it works for your specific trip, so you can make a confident decision without spending hours reading reviews.

This is the done-for-you option. We start with a call to talk through your vision, your family's needs, and what a great vacation actually looks like for you. From there, I take care of everything: cruise or resort selection, transfers, excursions, and a detailed digital itinerary you can reference from your phone.
Pricing is based on the length of your trip and overall complexity. Families planning an Alaska cruise with pre-stay hotels, or a Disney sailing with character experiences, will have a different scope than a straightforward 7-night all-inclusive. I'll always be upfront about the fee before we move forward.
