Discovery Call – Dream & Fit (Complimentary, 20 minutes)
This is where we meet, talk through your dream trip, and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask a few questions about who’s traveling, timing, and budget, then walk you through how I work, my planning fees, and what you can expect from me. By the end, you’ll know whether working together feels right and what your next step is.
Plan Call – Design Your Trip (45 minutes)
Once you decide to move forward and confirm your planning fee, we’ll schedule a deeper Plan Call. Together we’ll refine your dates, destination, resort or ship style, wish‑list experiences, and any non‑negotiables. After this call, I get to work building and fine‑tuning your custom proposal, saving you hours of research and second‑guessing.
Trip Ready Call – Last Details (20 minutes)
A couple of weeks before departure, we’ll hop on a Trip Ready Call to walk through your itinerary, confirmations, and need‑to‑know details. This is where we cover things like transfers, park/ship tips, what to expect on arrival, and how to reach me if you need support while you’re away—so you leave feeling calm and prepared.
Welcome Home Call – Debrief & What’s Next (20 minutes)
After you’re back and settled, we’ll have a short Welcome Home Call to hear how everything went. I’ll note what you loved (and what you’d tweak) for future trips, answer any remaining questions, and talk about what’s next on your travel wish list. It’s a simple way to turn one great trip into the start of a long‑term travel partnership.
